Description

Responsibility:

  • Ensure that the recruitment and hiring process complies with company policies and procedures and with local, state and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Ensure the performance management system is implemented
  • Oversee HR Operations activities to function efficiently
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Law
  • Creative, innovative, good communication and interpersonal skill,
  • Familiar with social network (such as linkedin and similar)
  • Familiar with HR Policies, procedures, rules, SOP and KPI
  • Knowledge about compensation benefit, payroll and remuneration
  • Knowledge about labor regulations
  • Have at least 5 years experienced in related field
